In this latest video Lloyd can be seen strolling through his hometown of ATL expressing how he feels about all that has happened to make him become the better person he has grown to be.
Here's what the R&B crooner had to say about the single recently via BET: "'TRU' is about being a fighter. It's about speaking truthfully and honestly on your life and not shying away from your imperfections. It's really about embracing the idea, that there's never failure. There is also lessons to be learned and character to be built. I wanted to shed light on that and I wanted to go towards that light and not run away from it. I got with J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League, who produced the track and I wrote it with my good friend Shakespeare. It's basically me bleeding my heart out to the music."
Though Lloyd has been away for a little he has constantly stayed working on and off in the music scene, he is said to be working on his forthcoming project which is to be released later this year early 2017.
