Throwback Thursday: Monica - "Don't Take It Personal (Just One Of Dem Days)

It all started in 1995 when Monica released her debut single "Don't Take It Personal (Just One Of Dem Days) and instantly stole people hearts and tore up the music charts !

When this single came out everyone was feeling Mo as she explains to the females that she understands while also letting the fellas know a woman can feel some days.

The R&B songstress later followed up with yet another hit back-to-back with her single "Before You Walk Out Of My Life" off of her debut album Miss Thang, which than made her the youngest artist with two consecutive chart-topping hits on the U.S Billboard Hot R&B Singles chart.

Now Mo has turned into one of our personal favorites here at R&B Supreme, while she's still a major force in the R&B world with releasing her seventh studio album Code Red late last year 2015. That album has popular hits like "Just Right For Me" featuring Lil Wayne and "Alone In Your Heart".

Monica was recently seen a few days ago at VH1 Hip Hop Honors, honoring the legendary Missy Elliot performing their hit single "So Gone" slaying the stage with Fantasia and Tweet.

If you haven't make sure you check out Mo's latest album Code Red out now at most music retailers and streamers. Now for this #TBT we honoring the young Monica with her debut song we can still vibe out today "Don't Take It Personal "Just One Of Dem Days" below:
