In this single Britt expresses the way you feel when you figured out you have the one and wonder where you go from there as she sings "you know I'm down to ride, old school love wit it / just like Bonnie & Clyde, old school love wit it / Beyonce & Jay-Z (yeah), new school love wit it / I'm saying, baby you know I mess with you heavy."
The LA native singer/songwriter is making her breakout as an artists now compared to her just writing music and doing background vocals. She is credited for writing for some popular artists today like Kelly Rowland, Chrisette Michelle, Ledisi, and more.
Britt recently released an EP towards the beginning of the year titled Afterhours which caused a lot of buzz and has fan favorite tracks like "Selfish" and "#MCM". With her releasing this latest single already you can tell she's here to make a statement.
