The both actress and singer LeToya agreed to play the legendary singer in her biopic which will be based on her autobiography book titled My Life, As I See It.
Other confirmed actors and actresses to start in the film are Danny Glover to play as Warwick's father and Olympia Dukakis to play as Dionne's mentor Marlene Dietrich
Warwick has also stated that pop star Lady Gaga will be playing her rival back in those days Cilla Black. Soon as this news got out her PR agency confirmed that she doesn't have any involvement in the film and never agreed to doing so.
Later The Hollywood Report updated everyone with a press release from Gaga's PR stating: "She is not attached and will not appear in this project".
Must have been miscommunication on Dionne's side but we're still glad the legend is getting to tell the world her story. Make sure and look out for the release date and trailer later this year.
