When Brandy's debut popular single "I Wanna Be Down" was remixed by female hip-hop legends MC Lyte, Yo Yo, and Queen Latifah the world wasn't ready.
She released the single in 1994 off of her self-titled debut studio album Brandy, which has other fan favorite singles like "Brokenhearted" and "Baby". As of right now Brandy is working on her TV series Zoe Ever After on BET, which had the biggest TV show ratings to start of this year 2016.
The R&B songstress recently filed a lawsuit against her label for music releasing rights. We hope that gets resolved quick and we get get some new Brandy tunes soon. For now we can jam out to some of her gems like this single below:
